SKBC aims to ship all orders within 1-3 business day from receiving the order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we will process your cancellation if possible. If you do not put your email address or phone number when you are checking out, you will not receive tracking.
All emails regarding cancellations must be titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email. Cancellations not titled in this manner will not be refunded. As we process and ship all orders as soon as possible, we do not accept any address changes after your order has been placed. If you put your address in wrong, SKBC is not responsible for missing orders or replacing your package, no exceptions.
If your package is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not SunkissedbyChris to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, SunkissedbyChris is not liable to refund or resend your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
All items are non-returnable due to COVID-19 and sanitary reasons. Should you receive a damaged item due to post mishandling, immediately take photos upon opening we must receive these photos within 3 days of delivery, without photos we cannot help you, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
IMPORTANT: With extremely limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SKBC E-Gift Card. SKBC does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
